Where are you located?
We are located directly across from “the cove” (Kihei Kalama Park) in Kihei Kalama Village. Right in between two of our favorite spots for breakfast and coffee, Kihei Caffe & Lava Java.

What is your phone number?
We can be reached via text or calls at (808) 214-0549 during our business hours. After hours please refer only to calls!
Can I snuggle a monk seal?
No! As bad as you want to, as bad as we want to, please keep your distance from any of our marine life resting on the beaches, or swimming freely in the water. They look snuggly but they will likely maul your face off, and also how would you like it if you just finished swimming for two days straight and are now trying to nap on the beach while someone sticks a camera in your face… just saying! Love them, but love them from a safe, peaceful distance.
What are your hours?
We are here everyday Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. unless the surf is up in which case we’ll just have to wave to you from the lineup. Just kidding 😉
Where can we go snorkeling?
From Ahihi Cove, to Maluaka, we are experts in all the best snorkel spots in Maui! Let us write down all of our favorite spots for you right here in the shop when you stop by for your gear.
Where can we go surfing?
Where to go surfing depends on the conditions which change daily! We are located right across from one of the most year round consistent breaks for beginner surfers “Kihei Kalama Park” aka “The Cove” but are advanced surfers constantly watching the conditions! Ask us daily where we recommend so we can guide you in the right direction.
Is parking offered at your location?
Yes! Parking is free and easily accessible
What is the rental process?
Easy peazy! We do require a credit card for rentals, but you can pay in any form including cash, american express, visa, mastercard, discover, apple pay, venmo, and beyond!
Do you deliver?
Yes! As much as we’d love if you came and hung out in our cozy little shop (it’s good vibes here I promise) we do offer free delivery for weekly paddle board rentals and can bring any other gear with that you may request. We’re happy to delivery any other gear within the Kihei vicinity for $35 each way. Just call us directly at (808) 214-0549 to discuss more!
What activities do you book?
Anything and everything! We are a licensed activity broker and offer all the island’s best Luaus, Whale Watching, Molokini Snorkel, Lanai Dolphin Snorkel, Sunset dinner cruise. Whatever you fancy! We live for all the amazing activities on the island and can recommend one or many based on your vacation desires. We are a one stop full concierge shop and you’re welcome to hang out in here all day/night until we have all your questions answered and activities booked.
Do I have to come in to Aloha Snorkel & Surf Co. to book my activities?

Do you have any equipment for sale?
Yass! We have premium snorkel masks, snorkels, fins, and beyond for sale. Come talk to us about what would be the best equipment for you. We personalize everyone’s experience.
Do you have beach accessories for sale?
Yass! From reef safe sunscreen to reef shoes to underwater phone cases, to microfiber towels, googles, and stickers galore, we have everything you need or probably just want 😉
What is your refund policy?
You’re on vacation! We want you to be happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy with our gear for any reason, we will happily swap it out for you. We typically only offer store credit for returns unless there is a special circumstance. Please talk to us about your experience directly we are open, and friendly and want to keep you happy. For Activities, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Anything outside of the 48 hours would be all sales final.
Do you offer after hours return?
Believe it or not, we are one of the only rental shops in Kihei that offers after hours return on our snorkel gear! You’ll be given a return code at the time of your rental. Sorry, we do not have after hours return for anything other than snorkel equipment at this time but this could change in the future!
No really, where can I find the best lava flow?
Yum! We have all the secret spots for mai tais, lava flows, margaritas, or even just a shirley temple but you have to stop by to talk story with us first 🙂
